Well then, the first thing I would like to say is that you need to practice more on the anatomy. I'm not saying that this is bad, I'm saying that you just need to practice more to make your artwork better next time. There are tons of reference image here in DeviantART for you to look around and study the forms and poses of the model. Now for the coloring part. I don't know what brand of coloring pens you used here but I think you need to replace them with a better quality... But that's not necessary because what you really need is to look around the site for tutorials on how to color and shade properly using coloring pens. Also the background kinda feels empty and I think you should try adding more things/details next time.

I can understand that each artist are in different levels and have different styles.But with lots of practice, you'll definitely get the best results of your pieces.
